Initiates are new members taking their first steps within Caliber Dynamics. This rank is focused on onboarding, learning the organization’s culture, and gaining foundational experience. Initiates are guided by Operators, Specialists, and Coordinators as they grow into their roles.
Key Roles:
Learning Caliber Dynamics’ structure, values, and operations
Participating in basic missions and activities
Building relationships within the organization
Preparing for promotion to Operator through demonstrated commitment
